The breakfast selection was great, with a choice of continental and cooked options. Location was convenient for visiting nearby Christmas markets. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed.
The electronic door system was frustrating and difficult to use, making entering the hotel and room difficult. There was also no staff to assist after 4pm, and front door was locked requiring going through the back with two types of access code.

Great experience overall. The hotel was really clean and had good facilities. Parking was easy and the location was convenient. I enjoyed the breakfast and found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

A cozy hotel with good service and pleasant atmosphere. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a clean, modern bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly cooked eggs to your liking. Despite there being no pool or bar, vending machines were available. The only letdown was the fiddly electronic door access.

Fresh eggs prepared upon request made for a nice touch. The family rooms were spacious and clean, and the location near Aachen was very convenient for our travels. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The electronic door access was a bit cumbersome, requiring a six-digit code for entry each time. there was no reception staff after 16:00 and access was only allowed through the back door, which was a bit confusing.
